Bazaars With A Cause at “Digital Nights at SAM”

NEWS A cappella group Coffee On Sunday will be performing at BWAC on Day 2 (Saturday). 8pm at the SAM Chapel.

About Digital Nights At SAM

Singapore Art Museum (SAM) presents Digital Nights at SAM as part of the first edition of Digital Nights 2010, a grand showcase of visual and digital arts that will be held during the F1 Grand Prix Season Singapore in September. Digital Nights 2010 is an unprecedented indoor and outdoor new media and art attraction, combining interactive video installations and kinetic and light sculptures with complementary activities and programmes that will excite one and all.

Interested vendors, kindly write to bwac@cafediplo.org for an application form to book your booth(s). Cost: S$130 per booth for two days. Special rates for social enterprises and non-profit organisations.

About Bazaars With A Cause

BWAC are markets for social change. It brings together consumers and vendors to benefit society at the same time. BWAC commits a portion of proceeds to support the work of organisations engaged in humanitarian and environmental work. It will also be a place where people can pick up information about these organisations.

Bazaar Theme

Green. Original. Quirky. Indigenous.These are themes that one can expect to find at BWAC. In the pipeline too are plans for local music, artistic performances, and mini exhibitions.

Publicity

BWAC from Sep 17 to 18 is held in conjunction with Digital Nights at SAM. Publicity is via listing at SAM’s website, EDM to Café Diplo’s network as well as that of its sister organisation, the Singapore Art Café (www.singaporeartcafe.com). It will also be publicised at www.cafediplo.org, Café Diplo’s various Facebook pages, local media listings and via word of mouth.
